Group rates are available for organizations with 10 or more individuals. A headshot is a type of portrait that emphasizes an individual usually from the chest up. They can be done either indoors, outdoors, standing, or sitting. Headshots are great way to make a virtual introduction of yourself (online, in an email, a zoom call, chat, blown up on a poster, or a business card). They help others identify you before they ever meet you in person. As you progress in life you will realize the importance of a headshot as you may be a speaker at an event, or recipient of an award. You’d want to look your best wouldn’t you? These are a few more examples you may need a headshot: company bio or directory, starting your own business, social media profile, magazine article, billboard, keynote speaker at a conference, branding material.

These events can range from public or private events like conferences, concerts, sports competitions, and corporate functions. Event photography requires a combination of technical skills, creativity, and the ability to work in dynamic and often unpredictable environments. Commercial photography refers to the practice of creating images for the purpose of promoting or selling products, services, or brands. It is a branch of photography that focuses on producing images that serve a commercial or business-related objective. We work with clients such as businesses, advertising agencies, marketing firms, and individual entrepreneurs to create compelling visual content that helps them achieve their marketing and promotional goals. It involves collaboration with clients, careful attention to lighting and composition, and the use of post-production techniques to produce images that effectively communicate the client's message and marketing goals.

Corporate rates start with groups of FIVE and more. There are several components when considering a larger group of people that need headshots such as: labor, time, retouching levels, number of individuals, commercial media licenses, and location. Based on our experience, some events that are perfect for getting everyone’s headshots done are: award ceremonies, mixers, socials, lunch & learns, and other corporate events where you can get everyone in a room together. Groups of 10 and smaller can be photographed in studio, but for larger groups we recommend shooting on-location at your office, hotel, or wherever you need us. This provides the most efficiency logistically and will likely work best with your employees’ schedule. We can even set up multiple booths where people can drop in to get their headshots taken during the event. Don’t know how many booths you will need? We work with ALL industries. That means we serve industries and clients of all different walks of life and trade. Located in The Silos at Sawyer Yards in the heart of the Art District, we are in a large and beautiful 6 building campus with ample and free parking. We chose the most central location we could find so we could be easily accessible from all parts of the city. In addition to our headshot studio, the surrounding area offers many great locations that are easily accessible for outdoor portraits and headshots including urban and city landscapes, Hermann Park, Main Street Square, historical buildings, murals and wall art, and so much more. In Houston: We offer our services in homes, offices, hotels, convention centers, and even outdoors. We travel at no charge in the Houston and surrounding areas (Pearland, The Woodlands, Upper Kirby, Montrose, the Heights, Sugar Land, Conroe, Katy, Cinco Ranch, Richmond, Spring, Fort Worth, Arlington, Waco, Plano and many more). Outside of Houston: We have done projects in Austin, San Antonio, Dallas, North Carolina, South Dakota, and Tennessee. In-state and out-of-state travel is no problem for us at all. If you need us to go outside of Houston, TX, there are additional fees required such as: airfare, luggage, per diem, vehicle, fuel, and lodging. We never charge above cost and always try to find the best deal so we don’t run up a bill.

We use an advanced mirrorless camera system built by Sony with various lenses to achieve the perfect photos for both indoors and outdoors.

For indoors, we use a combination of flash, reflectors, diffusers, and soft boxes to control the light and manipulate shadows to produce the most flattering light.

For outdoors photos we use a combination of reflectors and diffusers to control the harshness of natural sunlight especially during high noon.

We got our start by exclusively offering headshots to individuals in a small spare bedroom in an apartment. From there we expanded to a dedicated space in downtown Houston where we continued to serve our local community. Thanks to our amazing clients we eventually outgrew that space and moved to a much larger location. We are now headquartered in a massive studio space in The Silos at Sawyer Yards. We still offer our distinguishable headshots, but have expanded to also offer event photography, commercial photography, and videography. We help companies with projects such as content and marketing material for websites, brochures, stock images and social media, and commercial and residential real estate photography.
