Sometimes referred to "Batch editing" or "light editing/retouching"

This level of retouching is great for large scale projects. This is our entry level service that is designed to make sure images taken in a series (i.e., on the same day, for the same event, or for the same company) look identical to one another as far as color, lighting, tone, and look/feel. Normally used in large volume photography such as events, content creation, commercial and marketing materials, or a mass amount headshots. We touch on the following during the post-production phase where necessary:

• While balance correction

• Exposure correction

• Cropping

• Straightening

• Shadow correction

• Highlight correction

Recommended for: large scale headshot photography for non-executive level employees.

Not recommended for: headshot photography where everything must be PERFECT (upgrade to detailed retouching).

We have begun to leverage AI technology at 1133 Studios to give our customers more options for retouching. Our software uses machine learning to enhance each individual’s features and help them stand out. Our AI is currently able to do the following:

• Smoothen skin by reducing texture

• Brighten the eye’s iris, pupil, and sclera

• Increases contrast in clothes to help make it pop

• Enhances hair by adding contrast to all of facial hair, eyebrows, and head hair.

• Whitens and brightens teeth to make it look dentist fresh.

• Enhance the backdrop to make sure it is smooth and even across all images

As powerful as AI technology is there are still some limitations. Currently it is unable to: remove blemishes, remove wrinkles, remove lint and debris from clothes, and remove flyaways. To make these edits, you will need to upgrade to Level 3 retouching (Detailed Headshot Retouching).

Recommended for: headshot photography.
