How to find 1133 Studios

The Art District

1133 Studios is located inside of The Silos at Sawyer Yards (front and rear of the building are pictured below).

Parking is available at the front, parallel parking on the side, and more at the rear of the building.

The front visitor entrance is located at the front in between Unbridaled and “MANIA!”

The rear visitor entrance is located by the canopy underneath the SUCCESS RICE mural (see picture below).

 

The front of The Silos has traditional parking and parallel parking.

The rear of the Silos offers ample parking.

The front entrance is between Unbridaled and “MANIA!”

The rear entrance will have a keypad. No need to enter a code.

Navigating to suite 236

If you enter through the front:

  • Once you enter, walk down the hall and take the first left.

  • Make an immediate right and continue down the hall.

  • At the end of that hall, make a right and you will see a long flight of stairs.

  • Walk up the steps to locate suite 236.

If you enter through the rear, call 281-745-8299 once at the door to receive access:

  • Once you enter you will make a left immediately and continue down the hall.

  • You will make another left and continue until you see the elevator.

  • Take either the elevator or stairs to the second floor.

  • Locate suite 236 just down the hall.

If you need to use the restroom, please do so before coming upstairs as there are no restrooms on the second floor.
