The standard rate for medical residency (ERAS) applications is $150 per person and includes a 15-minute session and one professionally retouched image. Additional retouched images from your session are available for $30 per image. If you would like additional time, your session can be extended at $325 per hour, billed by the minute. Most applicants find that the standard 15-minute session provides plenty of time and are happy with their selected image.

Absolutely. Every headshot that you see in our portfolio goes through a rigorous editing process that includes the following edits: blemish removal, pimple removal, acne removal, scar removal, skin smoothening, teeth whitening, eye brightening, color correction, fly away removal, eye bags removal, and wrinkle reduction. With each package there is a set number of photographs that include retouching, but you can always purchase retouching for additional photos for only $30 each. We highly recommend that any photo you plan on sharing publicly should also be retouched. Your online presence is your first impression so make a great one before you even meet them. Our headshot photography studio is conveniently and centrally located in the Silos of Sawyer Yards in Houston, TX at 1502 Sawyer Street, Houston, TX 77007.

Yes! All the photos from the medical residency package belong to you. One will go through the full detailed headshot retouching process and the remaining photos you’ll receive as-is. If you want additional photographs to be retouched, exercise your right to choose as many as you’d like! Detailed headshot retouching can be added for an additional $30 per image. Each photo that you choose for retouching will go through an extensive process to ensure that each image is ready for presentation wherever they may be used.

As-is images are delivered SAME DAY! They are great placeholders while we retouch the rest of your headshot selections. Our turnaround time for individual sessions is three business days. (i.e., if your appointment is on Monday you can expect them by Thursday; if your appointment is on Thursday, you can expect them by Tuesday). We take our time to make sure all the edits are perfect and realistic. If you need them sooner than our standard turnaround time, we can't guarantee a sooner timeline due to the order of the editing queue but we will do our best to accommodate any requests.

Yes! We offer on-location services. We will gladly make the trip to your home or office for free within a 10-mile radius. Anything beyond that there is a flat $25 delivery fee.

Additional costs required include a lighting equipment setup for $150. This is to convert your location into a photo studio.

For medical residency applications there aren’t many options as you don’t want to stick out like a sore thumb (in a bad way). We stick to gray as it is a neutral color, but we can always adjust it to make it brigher or darker.

We make sure that you leave with the perfect image. You will be confident when you present your shiny new headshot to your audience. Our photographers take the time necessary to create an environment where you feel natural and comfortable. Most people don’t like their photo taken and the thought of a headshot can be a dreadful anticipation, but we guarantee that we do everything in our power to make sure that you feel at home in front of the camera. We walk you through different poses to make sure you have a large pool of headshots to choose from. After we are done taking your headshots, we sit down to narrow down your favorite photos that will go through the full retouching process.
