Group pricing begins with groups of 5 or larger (groups of 4 or smaller are subject to individual session pricing). No matter the industry you service, 1133 Studios has a style that will live up to your brand standards. If you prefer a relaxed and casual approach adopted by tech companies or are looking for a traditional approach that has been the gold standard for years, we have the facilities able to achieve the right look.

Your company headshots can be held at any location of choice. For on-location sessions we bring all the necessary equipment on-site to setup a studio in your office, hotel, lobby, convention center, or wherever you need us. We don’t need a huge space or windows to work. Give us at least an 8x10 room and an outlet and that will do. We’ve worked in small spaces like break rooms, copier/printer rooms, and even hallways and reception areas. Place us wherever you need to keep us out of the way.

We do require a minimum of 5 participants for us to travel to your location, but if you absolutely cannot come to our studio we will gladly make the trip to your home or office for an additional fee. We travel all around the city and even the country to take care of your headshots. Whether you are in Houston, Dallas, Fort Worth, Waco, Arlington, Sugar Land, Pearland, Upper Kirby, the Galleria, The Woodlands, Katy, or even Galveston, we are ready to serve you.

Each image you receive will come with a license to use the photograph wherever you need to. Whether it’s in an article, published on a billboard, on your company website, or the newspaper. Our pricing is a la carte so you only pay for what you need. The fee for group sessions depends on a few factors; headcount, labor, image licenses, and post-production. We offer several pricing tiers depending on your needs and budget. Our pricing is competitive and flexible so you can trust that we will meet your needs while providing the most value. What you’ll get from a group session is an experience that is unmatched by any other photographer in houston, attention to detail for each employee, and we take the time to create an environment where everyone feels comfortable getting their photo taken. We walk each person through different poses to make sure no one feels lost and that everyone has a pool of several headshots to choose from.

Whether you come in to the studio or we visit you in your office the process is essentially the same. We will work with each individual to coach them on poses, expressions, and body language. We will take several photos through a series of poses and expressions. After a few photos we review the photos with the employee on a large 16 inch 4k monitor to help them narrow down the winning shot.

Retouching is an optional add-on. Every headshot and portrait that you see in our portfolio goes through a rigorous editing process that includes the following edits: blemish pimple and scar removal, skin smoothening, teeth whitening, eye brightening, color correction, fly away removal, eye bags removal, and wrinkle reduction.

NOTE: Retouching can be added on in a case-by-case basis instead of being purchased for the entire group. For example, you’d like to add-on retouching for the VP group or the C-Suite executives but have “as-is” images for the staff level team. 1133 Studios is headquarter at 1502 Sawyer St. Suite 236 Houston, TX 77002 in the Lower Heights neighborhood of Houston, TX. We service the Houston and surrounding communities, as well as Dallas, Austin, San Antonio, and other cities all over Texas.

It depends on what your needs are. Most companies only need one image per person, however you can always purchase additional image licenses. Each additional copyright license is $20/image and retouching can be added to any photograph for just $30.

Our turnaround time is usually one week to four weeks depending on the volume. If you opt-in our detailed retouching option, each photo will go through a rigorous editing process to ensure the best version of each individual is presented. If you need any photos immediately please let us know and we can get them to you within 24 hours depending on the volume.

We offer sever different color backdrops for your headshots.

A dark gray backdrop is by far the most popular options amongst our customers for professional headshots. It offers a very neutral and non-distracting but professional look that puts all the emphasis on you.

A white backdrop is also a great alternative for professional headshots as it offers a neutral look that is very versatile. A white backdrop makes subject separation very easy and can be swapped out with something else entirely. This is great for companies who want to customize the look of the backdrop on their own by swapping it out for company colors, a building, etc.

A great middle ground is light gray which is growing in popularity as it is a good mix between dark and gray. It still looks professional and offers flexiblity if you need to swap out the backdrop. Think of it as a hybrid!

If you are looking for something wiht more pop and a splash of color we offer: blue, red, yellow, orange, green, purple, pink, and teal!

If you want to showcase a unique company culture you can opt for an outdoor session or office environment session in which we use your existing office environment as a backdrop. Examples include: by a window showing the city skyline, a cool and unique workspace, or a fancy conference room.
